Looked at Walmart, Kragen, Autozone, Pepboys. You know when your not lookin for it, it's all over! :)

Have you noticed this in your area?

I can find Redline, but it is a bit more expensive.

I just went through this some weeks ago. I used Mobil1 ATF the last flush & went looking for it again. Apparently Mobil1 ATF has been recalled in CA. Couldn't find hard info, just read that it was a labeling issue with something not accurate or temporarily banned for having to much VOCs for CA's stricter environmental regulations.

I just called it a day & went with my favorite non-synthetic brand, Valvoline. I'll switch back over later when they get things straightened out.

Searches do confirm a labeling or VOC problem.

    According to Bruce @ exxonmobile:

    Rockker -

Mobil 1 Synthetic ATF is temporarily unavailable for sale in the state of
California. There are no performance, safety, or environmental issues
related to this product. We anticipate that it will be available for sale
again soon. Our regrets for any inconvenience. Thank you for your brand
    and product loyalty.

    Bruce

I replied asking for an ETA.

    Update on ETA:

We anticipate that this product will be available for sale in California again in a few weeks. Bruce
