$2500 off his asking price sounds very reasonable to me, specially for a double cab. (outright cheap actually) As far as price goes, I doubt you'll find any that year as cheap (and running).

I really wouldn't worry about the mileage, but instead, how well it was maintained and such. No matter what any of us say, you're the one that has to live with it if you buy it, so ultimately, its completely up to you.

I'd still get a mechanic to check it out (if you aren't comfortable doing it yourself), and run a carfax on it, but assuming everything checks out, its almost too good to pass up.

Went n seen the truck today....sad to say it was pretty thrashed n smelled pretty bad too. The condition of the interior alone was enough of an indication to me....pass! Then again for 6500$ maybe the money saved can go towards fixin her up...hmmm?

trashed interior is a good indication it wasn't taken care of very well. stains is one thing, but trashed is quite another. If they cant even bother to clean it up to sell it, there's no telling what else they didn't do. I'd have passed as well. They'll be others.

whoa just did a carfax for the f of it...some nice surprises lol. Vehicle was in 5 accidents and was flipped once, and on 4/10/09 it was issued a junk title, and in aug of this year it says "VEHICLE SCRAPPED, Vehicle reported as crushed and should not be on the road." How is this thing for sale?lol Test drove it last week...
