custom soft top canopy?

    Just curious, but i wonder if anyone has tried to make one before. have you? Was it worth it, or if you had to do it all over again would you just buy one for around 500.

    It seems like it would be a fun project but almost not worth it beacuse it seems like a lot of work.

    this is just a weird idea i had, but what if also you made a roof rack that bolts onto the canopy so it can be easily taken on and off if needed.

    just want to see what people think of this idea:cool:

    I seem to recall that one or more canvas top owners over at TTORA fabricated new fabric for their existing soft tops, but I don't remember anyone ever building one from scratch.
