Anyone have expierience with OBX headers

    Walker Evans coilovers, 285/75/16 km2's, Allpro tube bumper, Warn m8000, custom spare tire carrier, rear bumper work in progress: the 99; tec one coilovers 32" km1's on 17" stock chevy steelies, 1.5" rear shackles
    I've read the threads about lce, Doug Thorleys, and pacesetters, but nothing about OBX. My 2.7 manifold is cracked and I need a header quick.

    Bump for some help guys. also could the cracked manifold cause a rough idle at cold start up. it clears up after 10 or 15 seconds, and no cel

    I know probably less about exhaust then you but i'm planing for a doug thornley long tube upgrade. If your headers f*cked then you might as well upgrade. I had a friend once with a cracked header that just got a muffler shop to re weld it shut, it wasn't pretty but it worked.

    Are you planning the upgrade because of a cracked manifold?

    my buddy had the cracked manifold, he just had it re welded shut.

    OBX is one of the cheaper brands. Quality is ok IMHO. Judging back from the car days that is.
