    any suggestions on shocks for 04 prerunner. mainly road time but live in at beach so some time on sand.

    nothing, all stock expect got a OE replacement air filter K&N.
    you can get the bilsteins 5100s like most of us guys in here. or if you want to go more, maybe the OME shocks. they are worthy but pricey depending on how much you willing to spend.
