Help me Identify this brush guard...

    I found a brushguard on craigslist for cheap. No mounting brackets though. I want to identify it so I can see if I can order the brackets.

    I held it up with the headlight guards in place, and it's exactly the right size. No guarantee that it's actually for a tacoma though. The only markings on it are, made in mexico, and 08526060.

    I'm going to bed line it before I mount it. For the price I got I wasn't going to quibble on finish. :)

    Probably from an f250 or f350. On close inspection I can feel where the bracket that actually mounts this thing on the ford has been cut off. You can see where it goes into the slot in the bumper in the top pic, as well as the holes for the headlight guards. I'm pulling the horizontal bars off now to see if they have been cut down as well.

    This is going to be a bit tricky to mount....

    EDIT: Forget pulling the horizontal bars off. I don't have a hex key large enough.

    27 3/4" inside the vertical plates. The plates are 3/8" steel. Reasonably sure this is stainless, based on the go industries product info.

    I'm thinking 3/8" plate steel for the mounts. Bolted to the inside of the frame. I'll have to drill holes and install sleeves for the bolts. The brackets would need to curve outward and up to meet the bottom of the guard. Then More drilling and bolts to connect the guard to the brackets. I need to measure and see how far it is between the inside of the frame rails though. Probably need to use a sledge and bend the brackets slightly so they would fit.

    Other thoughts on mounting would be welcome. :)

    id have to see it. 3/8" would be a bit overkill. 1/4" would probably be plenty.

    The vertical plates on this thing are 3/8", so I figured I'd match them. :)
