Just got my truck back from the frame replacement and it seems they have adjusted my steering stops. I cannot it seems make any tight turns, I remember how to adjust it so I will be able to turn sharper but is there a point to where it would be too much.

If the steering is noticeable 'different', take it back to the dealership who did the frame replacement and have them check to make sure everything's correct with the steering gear / mounting / etc.
