Went get my truck serviced last week and when i got home i realized that the plastic piece that fits between the headlight and the bumper was missing, i know it was on there before i brought it in. Only two things could have happened: it could have fallen off on the ride home OR it was knocked off at the dealership and they didnt replace it. I have no way of proving it was knocked off there but i do not think it just fell off on the way home. Anyone know a place to order this piece if the dealership will not replace it? i know i can order it through them but i want to avoid that

I suggest calling them right away.

Tell them the same thing - they may find that they have it laying around.
If not, ask them what they can do about it.
Hopefully they'll try to make it right.

it has been slightly lose for years but never fell out. it could have fallen out while driving but it would be really weird if it fell out on the short drive after leaving the dealership...i am currently waiting on them to call me back to see if they have it but i dont anticipate that they will have it.
