Exhaust Opinions

Looking for a whole new exhaust system for a 98 extened taco. Im 16 and dont have money coming out of my ears. In the range of 200-500. pics and websites would be helpful.

Buy a new muffler, cut the old one out, and weld the new one in. I did that on my old truck with a Flowmaster 40 series delta flow and it sounded pretty darn good for a 4cyl.

 

but the system i have on now is super rusty and i just want a whole new one i found a Borla Catback system with only 50 miles on it and he wants 400.

 

sounds like a good deal. I had a gibson on my old truck, it wasnt too expensive but wasnt the best either.

 

do the gibsons sound nice( deep roar)?

 

betetr than stock but not a deep roar. If you are looking for a deep roar, see the second vehicle in my sig.

 

GO FOR THAT DEAL! Borlas are really well made and would be a great replacement for your 1st gen. I put a dual out flowmaster on mine but thats cause it was only $200

 

ya actually i already have a flowmaster system on it but it is something like 10 years old. but ya i like the borlas
