My wife would agree with your's! She isn't really taken by the Taco like I am, she kinda liked the luxurious, gas guzzelin' land yacht we had. It WAS comfortable I have to admit.

No reason to leave the family....visit often and we can shower you with abuse, like a crazy long-lost cousin :D:rasta::D:D:D

As much as I love this truck, if GM offered a upsized S-10 with an updated 4.3 instead of the 5 cyclinder Colarodo, I would have at least looked thier way first.

Are you planning on buying two general motors vehicles?
You will need the second one to pick you up from the shop 4-5 times a month. Dont forget your $15,000 rebate!

Find a TOYOTA dealer that isn't a slime ball.

I honestly think you made the right decision. The Tundra may be more powerful than its competitors but it doesn't have the tough frame a full-sized gasoline pickup needs to support a heavy payload. Furthermore, the Tundra's suspension doesn't do a good job absorbing the shocks from rough terrain. However, despite all this, I think the Tundra will be a more reliable vehicle.

Toyota's reputation is with their cars...not their trucks. Toyota makes better cars than its American competitors..thats a fact. But when it comes to full-sized pickups, Toyota lacks in terms of capability to its American competitors. But makes up for it with reliability...in other words...less repairs needed!

When I saw under the hood of the Colorado...I was totally turned off by the 5-cyl. engine. I mean come on!!! 5! How cheap is that? Probably the only vehicle out there with a number of cylinders that's not a multiple of 2

    lolz.:p

The trend towards sleazy local dealerships for Toyota is alive and well here, also. I wouldn't deal with either Toyota dealer in ABQ (they're both owned by Larry H Miller) due to past experience...

wow you have never laid under a new tundra have you? the old tundras may have been 9/10ths of a fullsize but that is no where near accurate for the new ones. Point is buy the truck you and your wife agree on.... personally I think the new gm's are all hideous design front back and sides... look like they ran out of ideas and copy and pasted different parts of different trucks.
