I am looking at new tires for my truck and I cant decide if I should stick with my current size of 31/10.5/15 or bump up to 32/11.5/15 Since I just installed my lift. First off will the 32/11.5/15 fit with out rubbing on my stock 15 alloy rim? I have a 2.5" lift with stock UCAs.

I'm in need of tires for winter & I'm torn between sticking with the 31's or bumping up to the 32's.

I'm in the process of getting quotes from local shops for BFG A/T's in both of those sizes. I can't say for sure, but I believe you're gonna be okay with that lift/tire size combo.
I honestly didn't know the 32/11.5/15 existed until a week ago when I saw them on a newer 1st Gen. (think it was an 01, looked like a 2.5 - 3" lift)

32x11.5 is pretty much the same size as 285/75R16, so its very close on rubbing (which lots of people run). You may have to trim/pound in the seem (pinch weld) behind the tire. As far as on the frame, you will have rubbing at full lock unless you have less than default backspacing or spacers. A lot will depend on what wheels you have though, as 15x8 will hold the tire different than 15x10. If you only have a 15x7 wheel, you might run into issues with legit tire companies not wanting to put on a 11.5" wide tires on your wheel due to it exceeding recommended wheel/tire size. If you have front mud flaps, they'll pretty much have to go. Personally, if you're going to go to that much trouble, might as well go with 33s and call it good. There's a 33x10.5 that should fit a bit better than the 32x11.5, or you could do the extra work at go with the 33x12.5 for that more beefy look.

I've got 32x11.50's on my truck with 2.5-3" lift. Some minor pinch weld pounding was all that was needed. I'm running a 15x8" wheel. I'm not running the front mudflaps now but had them on for a long time with these tires and it was fine. I've had no rubbing issues at all with this size tire and this amount of lift.

I'd go for the 32's no question.

32x11.5/15s will fit and I really doubt you will see any rubbing at all with your lift. Especially since you will be running the stock whels with the stock offset/backspacing.

Now 8" wide aftermarket wheels may cause a tiny bit of rubbing becasue the wheel sits a little further out.
