Hey guys I have a 2000 tacoma with after market tail lights and I need a new tail light pulg in for the right side. The dealer ship told me they have to sell me the whole STOCK tail light for $127 and I can't find it anywhere else. Does anyone have one? Or know where I can find a truck being parted out? Thanks

drop in k&n for now. Deckplated. Got rid of the intestinal airpipe and baffleys. Replaced with shiny big pipe of more straightness.
Call any local to you junk/salvage yards?
Im heading down to one bout an hour south of my location.
to pick up a new tail gate.(this one has the only bit of rust on my truck...and its from the inside of the gate.)

No idea if Ill find one or not..but should be fun and hopefully profitable.

    Good Hunting.

So far I have called 2 junk yards near me and neither one of them have a tacoma around my year. Still have 1 or 2 more to call though. Hopefully I will find something soon.

Where do they go to die?

The place down the street..has zero tacomas of any year.
The place an hour south I was clued into by the guy who did my stereo install.

When we go down there Ill let ya know.If we find it.Ill let ya know?

I take it as a good sign theres not lot of them in the boneyards.

    slange.

I don't know if y'all are familiar with http://car-part.com/ . I've had good luck finding parts in the south eastern region using them... might save you a road trip. Good luck!
