So I still need some questions answered about my installation.

    1) Specifically, where is an ideal place to mount my PA speaker? (I have the radio shack 100w power horn so its kinda big)

    2) Anyone know how to remove the crappy roll in liner in my bed before i mount my antenna back there? its peeling up on my tailgate anyways, so i want it gone.

Sweet!! Someone with the same setup!

Well worth it...and if you have a small bearcat scanner, I put mine where the ashtray was.

 Took me forever to find a 90 degree coax...no local stores had them...had to order it online.

Easiest way is to buy an add-a-fuse and put it into your acc or something in the fuse box.

Or you can get in on that group buy for the 12 slot fuse box...:D

I had mine there for a while. Decided to swap it out with a Uniden 68Elite. Figured 'Ill be using the space underneath the radio for switches in the future.

Yes it is, got it at Radio shack for $5 or $10 bucks, and works just as well as running the wires to the battery or the fuse box, plus it probably picks up less engine noise/static. Just spend your money on the good cord and Antenna that has like the copper lining on the cord. My CB cost $45, and i traded some one a 102" whip for a Firestick which got stolen, so i got another just fiberglass one at a truck stop.

    Here is my install. 20200402_133727.jpg

I still have not decided how I want to run the power so I'm using one of the 12v accessory ports.
I manufactured a cb Mike vent mount using a clip from an air freshener.
