My thoughts are that you took the truck for a specific problem, they are throwing parts to it, and so far they haven't fixed the original problem, so you don't have to pay for them, its their fault not knowing what the hell they are doing, maybe they just want to rip you off for as long as you let them, then they will fix the original problem.... damn dealers

 

If you can not get your old parts back take them to Small claims court.
That might be enough...

THen contact your local Paper and news teams, geta right up. The bad press might help change there minds.

Also call your CC company and tell them what happeing and you want to reveres the charges. THe guy who takes the claim might see it your way.

Paying for the Diag time and some labor is good. but new parts that do nothingis pure BS. Dealer do this all the time. They can return any part they are the dealer. They just need to be forced.

If they still force the issue, get a repo man to get your truck back. Pay the labor and take it to court.

 

check ebay or a salvage yard! Maybe a truck that was rear ended and totaled!
