New borla exhaust, im lovin it

One of my dads friends who is like 80 bought a 2 gen taco and it had a full borla exhaust system on it and he didnt like so he put the factory one back on and said he would give me the muffler if i could use it, how do u pass that up?

i went to autozone and bout a connector and a turn down for like 10 bucks and cut the factory exhaust right before the muffler and then unbolted the rear factory exhaust hanger and with a little custom fabrication made it work for the new muffler i wielded on

i love the sound, its not really loud at all but just gives it a nice deeper tone to get rid of some of the 4 banger sound and it makes the deck plate mod a lot louder

pretty neat setup to only have 10 buck in it i thought

i have no idea, it didnt have any #s or anything on it just says borla i big lettes, its a center in, offset out but that all i know to tell ya

 

If you think it sounds great on a 4 banger wait until you hear it on the 4.0 V6. Glad you like it can't go wrong with Borla

 

How do you like the turn down with the Borla muffler?

 

Sounds good I like the turn down, mainly just like the look of no exhaust out back with the trail gear bumper
