Rear shock input

In November I installed Bilstein 5100 shocks up front, and set them for an inch of lift. At the same time I put in the Icon 3 leaf AAL pack, which is about 1.5" of lift. I love the new front shocks, added height (w/o looking jacked up) and the whole truck rides much better. (Got them from Down South Motor Sports, highly recommended guys!)

But I'll need to replace the rear shocks before too long, probably early summer. I'm looking at the Bilstein 5100 (5125?) shocks, but wondering if they're really worth it out back. On the other hand I could get something like the Pro Comp ES9000 for half the price. Or maybe there is another shock out there worth recommending?

you could go with 5100s i think, maybe get a shock extender for more travel

 

5100's should inherently have more travel (amount depends on the stock number ordered) - and it's a pretty minor lift @ 1.5"

My big hangup is that the damn things cost so much more. I know they had a big impact to the front end, I'm just curious if they make as much of a difference way out back.
