For the most cheapest possible fix, maybe try cleaning out your MAF (mass air flow sensor) and your IACV (idle air control valve) and while your cleaning your IACV, you should also clean your throttle body. Use MAF cleaner for your MAF sensor, and Seafoam Deep Creep for your IACV and throttle body. That should help alot.

+1. Especially the mass airflow sensor. It's most likely covered in dirt so it cannot measure cold air crossing the sensor wires anymore.

It could still be your MAF or maybe 02 sensors or something not reading your CLOSED Loop properly when everything is warmed up? But then again if that was the case it might do it all the time and yours only does it when starting.. Any check engine light codes? Just guessing now.

I had the same problem once. It was my IAC valve.
