Has anyone converted the rear drum brakes on their Tacoma to Disc brakes?
Is their a conversion package? And last, how easy would it be?

Do some searching..... there are some 'negative' results from some who have converted.

idk if you get a good BPV so the rear dont over power the front then i dont really see any downsides other than cost

Converting to rear disk is going to harm braking performance. There is much more involved than just swapping the drums for disks. You need a larger brake booster as well.

Figured I'd mention, the post you replied to was from 6 years ago. Janster has since sold her Tacoma even.
