How much fuel will i loss

    If i put a small 3 inch lift and 33 inch tires on my 96 tacoma with a 2.7 on it.I get around 20 now.how much will i loss in gas

    I had a '99 Xtra Cab PreRunner SR5 V6
    Without re-gearing, I would say you'd lose at least 2-3 MPG... that'd be just purely speculation on my part though.

    I'd say you'd start getting about 17mpg.

    I'd say you'd end up around 15 mpg with that 2.7. a little better on the freeway but the power will be non existent.

    yeah but after the 33's 5th gear will be practically useless. You will probably need to regear to 4.88's

    edit: just noticed you have an auto, thats even worse lol

    Its not that bad. I have a '04 2.7 auto with 285/75/16s and a 2.5" lift. I get around 18-19mpg.
    And the lack of speed is only important if you race your 4cyl truck... which is dumb anyway/
