pros and cons of lifts?

    im looking at putting a lift on my truck only 2 to 3 inches i am wondering the positive and negatives of body lifts and suspension lifts more towards the mechanical aspects of the lifts. also whats the pros and con of adjustable suspension lifts.

    Body lift are sketchy in my opinion and suspension lift is the way to go bilstien 5100 would be a good lift for the front
