Great Idea. You could drill a couple holes in bottom of cans, through bed and sandwich some hardware to secure. It would look very clean. If you do, make sure to paint the holes.

I hear ya, i did a bit of searching for mounting ideas and came across this method, i wussed out, in the end i decided to keep one big hole instead of adding 4 little ones for continued use as ammo storage when needed....... that and i'd shed a tear pointing a drill bit at my bed.

As simple as it looks i still had to dremel the liner beneath the cans to get that 1" to clear the canopy overhang, put some padded tape on the bed rails to prevent ammo-can sanding, and cut a wal-mart rubber doormat to put under the cans (Thin Material).

Takes a little more effort to access them then some of the great mounts other members have done, but im used to it with window cranks and manual trans =P

I want one so bad, maybe one day when I win the lottery. Did you install the 7th injector from URD also?

Good to know that my truck had probably been running on like 3 cylinders for the past who knows how long. I changed my spark plugs last week, Ive owned the truck for almost 4 years and just now changed them, but the guy that had it before me only changed the 3 plugs under the coil packs. other 3 under the intake were densos, the same brand as the coil packs, which makes me think they have never been changed.

Anybody ever leave their Ultra Gauge in the truck when the temp is supposed to drop down to -20° F ?
Am I the only one who ran the cable behind the dash panel making it a pita to remove on said cold night?

BILLSTEIN 5100/EIBACH coil front lift, Billstein 5100/ Toytec AAL rear lift. Deck plate mod. Polk audio 5x7 speakers. Pioneer Head unit. HIDs.

Was the plugs under the coil packs NGK by any chance? Those may be the stock original plugs. From the factory i believe one bank of plugs come with NGK plugs and the other side densos.

The lower dash panel under the steering column. I fed the cable between that panel and the column to keep it out of the way. Thought we were done with the really cold weather...
