What have you done to your Tacoma today? 1st Gen Edition

Finally ordered a BAMF BPV relocation plate. Don't know why I didn't do this sooner.

 

Eh, caster isn't something I usually have them put in spec anyways. I throw mine out a bit forward.

yeah, he got the leafs yesterday. I was just wondering why he was waiting.

 

That reminds me, I have to re-adjust mine now... Haha

 

I don't even know how much higher in the back the Dakars put me. I'll have to do some research and maybe some experimenting. I know a few posts I've read lately have me saying "Yeah, my truck brakes like that." so I figured it was time to order one.

Still have to order some axle relocation plates to make up for the shift forward.

if you think you can kill a zombie with that little piece of metal ill just go ahead and shoot you in the face now so thats one less undead corpse i have to deal with later

how do you figure? unless you are getting over 5" of lift the bracket is fine

 

What??? you have over 5.5'' of lift?????....no...i don't think so..

 

There's a 3'' and 5'' version isn't there?

 

Expos plus shackles. I've got at least 5" now probably. And he's getting the longer shackles.

 

why on earth did you get the little one?

 

are you saying your leafs gave you 4" of lift? the shackle will be at most 1.25", and your springs will inevitably settle. if you have 5" in the rear you have to be rollin stinkbug for sure

 

Yes? Expos give 4" of lift unloaded haha plus the longer shackles that give me 3/4" of lift so I figure with everything being new I'm getting 5" of lift right now. Once they settle I'll probably have 4.5"

he is stink bug..no different then me..i have 2'' of rake without gear loaded...probably close to 3'' with the bed rack and rtt off..im at 5'' or so lift..expos and shackles no different really.

 

Plus you've got the rear swing-out... I like the stance though
