    Yea same auto. Different manuals.

I'd go for a 5vz. The torque is worth it.

Meh...I'm over it. Besides it payed for my front LT and it made it SOOOOOOOOO much easier to weld in coil bucket gussets with no engine to get in the way.

    More whoring:

Wasn't that difficult at all. The FSM was spot on except for 1 bolt (ground strap on the bottom of the block). I only had to buy two tools for the whole thing.

Could be pulled in a day. I was working on it after work so it took a few nights.

    Stock gearing?
At the end of the day it's still a truck. 33's with stock gearing and the truck could barely get out of it's own way. 4.56's made all the difference in the world. Supercharger + 7th and smaller pulley and it'll run like a raped ape.

I had my supercharger on for 1 day before I ordered the 7th. Couldn't stop the high gear low rpm lean out. Kept pinging even with 1 step cooler plugs.

Guts are the same, it's just the casting. The problem is the factory ecu only allows for 7 degrees of timing retard. Environmental factors certainly come into play as well. Lower elevations the air is more dense. Hotter temperatures make it more susceptible to lean conditions. I was not about to have to babysit the skinny pedal or downshift every time I wanted to roll up a hill.

Just make sure to change the plugs to 1 step cooler and listen carefully in high gear. If you start hearing what sounds like marbles bouncing around in a tin can, let off the gas ASAP.

Noooo! Should put it on hold for me. A trip from SA to Houston should do the trick. I am interested in it, once funds allow. I'm trying to buy this damn rtt right now

You could but gas mileage will probably go to shit. If you're leaning out without boost...something else is wrong. I've run lean with just a dirty MAF before.

Nope. Injectors will top out. The extra flow will just run back down the return line.

If this guy doesn't sell these tents through his group buy, I'm gonna say screw it, head to Houston and take the power wagon off his hands

As someone who's very close to purchasing 33s, this is the only concern I have.
