What I gathered, Tim ran out of time due to interning as a radiologist or similar and he was working on making Elite into more of a self-sufficient business. Orders were getting screwed up to the point he had to halt production. I did my purchase outside of a group buy and it took several months to get the bumpers. Even then, some of the options weren't right. I just count myself lucky to get what I got. I figure whenever I get to learning how to weld, I'll alter the bumpers how they should've been.

I may just tack on a 32 tooth to my next Camelback order and try again. I know for sure, the 33 tooth was not going in. Anything is better than sitting 7.5% high like I am right now.

How about in the last week what have I done:

4 2nd Gen TRD Offroad Wheels
    4 Michelin LTX M/S2 P245/75r16 Tires
KYB Mono-Max on all 4 corners
    Front end alignment
    Timing Belt
    Water Pump
    Thermostat
    Hoses
    Drive Belts
All of the tensioners, even the hydraulic one
    Flush and replace coolant
    Transmission filter and fluid

I had Discount Tire do the tires and wheels, Christian Brothers do the shocks and alignment and Toyota did the remainder. I should be good for another 100,000 if I do my part and take care of it.

I did install the Ultra Gauge, Ram-X grip, swapped the 12v power outlet for the cigarette lighter and replaced both power outlets with dual USB ports.

If you need a cigarette light plug, lighter(works) and one power outlet with shroud(unbroken), we can work something out.

I really like the new wheels and tires:

Fixed my exhaust leak by adding a bolt where one was missing. Quiet as should be now!

Could use some advice for offroading and exhaust. Cut the exhaust after the axle?
    turn down before the axle?

My exhaust pipe was rusted through just past the muffler hanger to I cut it there. There is a louder drone to the exhaust but its only really noticeable if the window is rolled down. No issues with the ABS cable or submerging it.

Some lift, some armor, some scratches..
Replaced the inner and outer tie rods today w/ Moog. The ones I pulled out were freakin trashed! Lots of play. Hoping this solves my highway wandering and fixes the passenger side mystery clunk that I was getting when the suspension cycled.

Also ordered some CVJ axles w/ the high angle boots, hope to get them in by the weekend.

I wouldn't worry about your LCA's they are more than capable of supporting the whole weight of your truck on a rock. There are many many people who beat their trucks without those skids and haven't managed to damage one. They might help the high speed desert guys. But destroying a LCA crawling is very rare.

Anyone swap a e-locker axle in their non-trd truck? Looking at different locker options right now. Also, how difficult is it to hotwire the e-locker?

You need to get the whole axle from drum to drum. A bunch of guys have done it, idtrucks is the first that comes to mind. Not too difficult to wire it up. Super easy if you get the harness too.

xcmtb83 did. I know he has a couple locking rear diffs sitting in my shop he would sell if you can find a housing, or mod yours. He has the dash button and module too.
