I was worried it was the synchros but after swapping the old worn flywheel it was fine, the clutch was done 20k miles before hand and the flywheel looked ok so it was left in.

My brother helped and he was particularly lazy that day.

Makes sense because it feels like the clutch has been slipping a little on take off. I'll probably just do a hd clutch and heavy flywheel this year

    Yes haha

I already want to change everything but my sliders. Plus I want a double cab. So it makes sense to just start from scratch...
Nah, don't have the time or money to own 2 trucks, then swap, then try to sell it haha

Plus I don't want the same stuff I have anyways. Another reason I want to start over.

Yeah, didn't realize until today that they average 1-2k more than access cabs...
Nah, don't want 2 of the same Tacomas. I want variety.

I test drove a DC with, of course, the automatic. Wow does that suck shit after the 5 speed. Utterly unresponsive in comparison. This will drive me to get a 2nd gen instead if I go DC.

I personally don't have the need for two. I'd like one to enjoy and something else more economical to drive all the time.
I already have an auto, so that won't be a shock for me haha
