Tool Box for '99

I'm wanting to buy a tool box for my '99 Taco Ext Cab 4wd PU. I have a tonneau cover and I want to have a low profile box that can be covered with tonneau cover. If any of you have suggestions, please share them.

JCW sells a low profile box that is only 6-1/2 wide , that would prob. fit under a cover and it doesn't take all your bed up...
