NEED HELP!!!!!

    CHANGED OIL, PUT NEW OIL IN, WENT TO CRANK AND NO START there was a clunk and now it looks like the lights on the dash like the check engine,battery,oil exc. are dem and the dome light is dem, BATTERIES GOOD,BUT LIGHTS DEM AND FLICKERING,ALTERNATER GOOD ANY SUGGESTIONS, PLEASE HELP.

    Hows the battery cables look? Are the terminals clean, and the cables tight?

    Are you sure the battery is good? Did you get it tested? Otherwise you might have a bad starter. You might try banging on it with a hammer and see if that helps. Also check your connections at the battery, just because your battery is good doesn't mean it's sending enough power to the starter.

    Did put correct oil in
    Did u call pick ur parts

    yes it was starting fine then after changing oil went to go start and it was like the engine locked up but its not cause i turned the motor over by the crank pully but now my dash lights are dem and my dome light is dem and now when i try to start it it clicks like the battery is dead but its not!!!!

    Are you sure the battery is good? How many CCA's is it currently putting out? How many volt's does it have? In all my experience if the starter clicks you usually aren't getting enough power to the starter to turn it over.

    check your ground and positive battery cables at the battery and then at the starter.by checking i mean remove them and wire brush them and replace them and retighten.

    But I'm gonna say it's. Ur starter or battery (get yellow top)
