need help with clutch pedal on preruner 4wd swap

I went to the parts yard to day, i got a clutch and break pedal, also front drive shaft off a 95.5 Tacoma, the clutch pedal looks different then what i see on other Tacomas, the one i have does not have the spring, can i still use it on my 03 prerunner to 4wd 5 speed swap ? Bump any info on this clutch pedal of a 95.5 tacoma ?

 

Ya i looked but i just find it strange that the clutch pedal that i have looks nothing like the ones i see, i took it our of a 95.5 first tacoma, it lacks the spring mechanism, some one should know the differences, it bolts up the same just no spring

 

Any one know ? Looks the same, no spring like 96
