couldn,t do any. Didnt have it long enough!
Unfortunately my 96 Tacoma single cab 4 cyl just failed its frame inspection due to a 2" hole behind the gas tank. It sucks to let it go but safety is key (and only 22 days left on the warranty!!). I towed with it...A LOT.. and the frame was like paper under the reciever mount! It is sitting behind the dealer's building awaiting its fate and there is a 2011 double cab sitting in my driveway. At least something good came out of it. We'll see if this new one is half the truck that little 96 was!!

I've heard the rumors of the 2nd gens not being as "bullet proof" as the 1st gens...

but if you traded my 01 trd off-road for a brand new trd off-road, I'd make the switch in a hearbeat!

I lost my 97 to rust in 08 and got a new 08. I've got no complaints, 40,000 with no problems so far. The 97 had about 180,000 when it got bought back, so I've got a ways to go. Good luck with new truck.
