    OK gents, a few things.

First of all, I found this at the car wash. I noticed after i washed the truck. I used pre soak and then spot free rinse. Could the green the the pre soak?

My coolant is 100% red and very full.

The car wash is 10km away from me, and I washed it a few hours ago and currently all the fluid in the picture is frozen.

I just turned the truck on and idled for a few mins and I can't find any active leaks.

That fluid was definitely neon green. The ac has not been on in months.

It's hard to tell from the pics, but that looks very thick for antifreeze, looks more a grease to me also. I thought freon was a gas.

when i crashed my truck 2 years ago, i busted the AC condenser and ONLY the AC condenser, and after the initial POOF of freon gas, the rest dripped down my skid plate, down my control arms, as neon green liquid, exactly like OPs.

The green I see in this picture is pretty neon/flourescent. The green in the above pictures looks alot darker, like CV boot grease.

Now I'm not saying you're wrong, because it's hard to diagnose anything from a couch. I'm just saying this is what I see.
    Thanks, glad to help.

Just presoak and spot free rinse.

The presoak comes out like a light mist and white bubbles....

I think i'm just panicking for no reason and it is the presoak.

Any other fluids in the truck shouldn't freeze right?

It's a good possibility that it's nothing. But from my experience as a technician, CV boot grease can harden over time when exposed to the elements. So, you're saying it's frozen solid? Like ice? It doesn't wipe off?

You are correct. If you had frozen fluids in your truck it would go kaboom

I'm going to take a stab at it and say it is CV grease with water frozen over it.
