strange idle issue

    02 4X4 SR5 Reg Cab
    Got the new frame from toyota from the big recall. Replaced a bunch of stuff underneath. I bought this truck about 8 months ago for $1k from a buddy! Deal of my life.
    Ok, I have an 02 4x4 2.7 liter with manual trans. When it is cold out the truck will occasionally stall out then when it does start it idles around 500 rpms. When it warms up and I stop at a light it idles at around1400-1600 rpms regardless of weather. I think it is a little worse as far as the high idle is concerned in warm weather. I replaced the o2 sensors already....any suggestions?
