    Okay.. I see now!

The cats are stock.. they might be clogged.. but the code that I did have a few days ago was for bank one..
Anyway, I think the gasket fixed it for now.. I'll gut the cats or take them out and sell them and get the sim.. thanks for the answers!

NP and instead of having to take them off and sell them then have to weld a piece of straight pipe in and have to deal with dangling o2 sensors just gut them inside of a 5 gallon bucket to catch all the catalytic material[powder stuff] thats all they are after anyway, i got 30 bucks per cats worth of it, tehn all you ahve to do is leave the sensors in place with the sim on the rear one.

Its not that bad but the first cat right off the header can be a PITA cause it has a slight bend to it, but the second one is easy cause its a straight pipe, all i did was put the piece of pipe w/ cat into a 5 gallon bucket to catch all the material and basically take a prybar or anything longer than the piece of pipe and hammer it all out, just be sure to get it all.

I think its just as hard as you make it on yourself, the hardest part for me was gettint the old 135,000 mile nuts and bolts aff the flanges, even had to grind one off and replace it. just spray some penetrating lubricant on it a day or so in advance and the next day and you should be good, i used WD40 on the front cat at the time of removal and it helped tremendously.:D

    Hope this helps!

I had the same problems and welded some small exhaust leaks before and after the cat and it fixed the problem.

It could be bad 02 sensors. Just because it has that code doesn't necessarily mean the cat needs replaced.
