Old Man Emu 2.5" lift, brush guard (about to be changed), grey-wire mod, custom bed mounts for 4 jerrycans, custom survival box, maglite mount, KC Dayliters.
Has anyone ever seen plans posted somewhere for a lightweight tube-style front bumper? I'm looking for a replacement for the stock bumper/brush guard set up I currently run. I have the means and the skill to make it myself but I'd like to have a tried-and-true design to base it on. Need room for two KC Dayliters and a WARN winch, recovery hooks, jacking points, the whole 9 yards.

Thanks for any help you can give me.

Stick on hood scoop from Autozone.
Bump this thread tomorrow morning or afternoon. You should be able to find some sort of help.

If you put out another post for local ARB and All Pro owners in the area to meet then you can get weld and design ideas, take notes, or photo their bumper.

Take them out for a beer as thanks, make a new friend and impress people on the forum after we see pics and that you're fo real.

Beer is going to be a bit of a challenge unless they'll take a 23-month I.O.U...
