I fixed my rear leaf sag in the right rear for free with my dads ford f350. All I did was take the leaf of the truck then remove the over load leaf then set it on two blocks then drove my dads 350 with 7000lbs of front weight on to it and let it sit like for about an hour then put my leaf back on the truck and set it down and works great whent for a drive then checked it and it still is level.

Interesting... I like it! Guys, there's not really much to the process, remove the leafs, set them up between to blocks off the ground and drive a heavy ass vehicle onto them to arch them between the 2 blocks. Grab a few frosty beverages and then reinstall them on the Tacoma. He used his dad's F-350 to rearch the leafs. They'll probably flatten out more quickly than they did stock but it's a cheap temporary fix for now!

OP, keep your eyes out for stress fractures in the leafs.

You can also use a HF Pipe bender (Kinker) to re-arch the leaves.

    1. Remove the leaf pack
    2. Split the leaf pack.
    3. Use HF Bender to bend Accordingly
