Guys, those E lockers are in such demand & you don't see many out there for sale, the cheapest I've seen them here is $800-$850. Most go for around $1100

Thats what I've been ponderin... cause I believe that my axle
is larger/thicker than the e locked ones.. and it only has 90k on it,
desert rat gave me a pretty good price for install on the arb as well.

@4wd, really? I know they are in demand but I thought
people wanted to do that as an alternative to a more expensive
locker.. but If people want the same price.. I would rather go with
    new stuff I suppose..

    A few bolts are different.
ARB is the same way plus more reliable and stronger. I have thought this through for months and was very close to doing an E-Lock axle swap. I'm going with ARB. The heavy duty ARB compressor also doubles as an OBA to fill tires.

thats the reason i wouldnt buy an e locker, they could be used and abused and its not really worth it plus i know they are weak for a locker... i just like the electronicness of it

That ARB locker looks so sick. I liked the press release when I got it.

you can find compelte elockers all day for under $600.

if my truck wasn't locked it'd have an aussie in the back. i've driven around with my locker engaged in 2Hi and i've figured out that it really doesnt make too much of a difference locked vs unlocked.
