Possible Intake Gasket leak

Ok My Tech told me to replace the Intake gasket...

Well the intake has a few of them.

So I was wondering if any knew the name of the 1 in the picture.

it is for the Intake Monifold to the Block.

Also is there anything I can do to increase the truck performance while this is off being replaced?

Also if I have this off, should I take out the Injectors to have them cleaned, or replaced with bigger ones. I am nto sure if these truck can use that as an upgrade.

Yes the rest is bone stock... So i am not looking at tossing money away.. on stupid mods

while the gasket is being replaced, you can have the injectors taken out and cleaned, but unless you have a ton of miles, they should be good to go. just make sure the intake is cleaned really well and you'll be fine.

Nope. Thats the intake.

The gasket is an Intake Manifold gasjet. Larger injectors will do nothing for the performance. At WOT under a load, the injectors on your engine are only running at 80%. Since you are going to have all that apart, clean the intake manifold out. You wil see some "Black" sticky stuff in it, but its normal. Just spray some break cleaner in it really good, and let it dry. Change the fuel filter, as its right under the intake manifold. Go ahead and have your injectors cleaned too.
