    lifted
    i have a 1999 toyota tacoma and underneath the hood of my truck the cloth or pad is falling off. Should i take it off or buy a new one?

    I think thats just insulation (be it for sound or heat)...not sure if its THAT important. I wouldn't replace it personally

    If you can, replace. It keeps the paint on your hood from getting too hot and bubbling.

    Eibach height adjust shocks in front, KYB monomax shocks in the back. Stock springs front and back. Level 8 MK6 10mm offset wheels on Cooper ATP tires (stock size)
    04s dont have insulation, i dunno if that makes a different for your year
