How can i make these seats fit?

I have a pair of Momo racing seats out of my rsx that i wrecked a few years ago and i wanna put them in my Taco(99) but i dont know how because of the whole mounting situation.

Any help?

Sallow Uni-Strut, 1/2 all thread, nuts, washers, lock washers and some super glue
