ok so im looking for a taco, have been for about 5 months now. i went and actually looked at my first one today...holy cow, the underneath was rusted everywhere, i know about the frame recall, but damn everything else looked trashed along with it, so needless to say i didnt buy it, i dont have the time or funds for that much repair, it was a 2000. im looking for abour a 95-00 give or take a year or two. so if you guys wouldnt mind posting pics of ur trucks undercarriages if you can,so i cant get an idea of what it should look like, ide really appreciate it. i asked the guy if they would come down on the price since it needed so much work and he said they already dropped it as low as they can go which is 5995 i really wouldnt have paid more than 2000 for it for as much work as it needed.

still waiting on my perfect taco

What region of the U.S. do you live in? That will determine what it's gonna look like underneath. If you're in the salt belt you will need to shop down south for a non-rusted truck.

I don't think that looks very bad. I should take some pics of mine, you won't believe the rust under there.

Steve up there has a new mexico truck. It better be pretty clean under there. They get like a 1/2" of snow if they are lucky.

    yup:D

now northern NM is a different story. They get a lot of snow and all the vehicles up there are pretty rusted out. Luckily mine spent most of it's life in Alamogordo NM.
