Ome 882

Ok guys need ure help been runing bilstein5100 at the highest setting with STOCk springs for about 3 months ,, i have ext cab , 3.4 v6 , recently threw in a tube bumper and winch So my truck is starting to lean down.. So yeah bought some OME 882 and want be at 3" on front..what setting would i need to put the 5100 to get to up to 3" with the 882's ... Thanks

pretty sure you'd need to be on the "stock" setting-the spring will create the lift, so your shock will need all the travel it can get to match it.

There is no 0.85" setting on 5100s for first gens.

Your options are 0, 1", and 2.5"

yea man set them at 0 because the 882 springs are a little bit stiffer that stock and also longer so that it gives you the 3 in of lift.

Im looking at doing the same set up i already ordered the bilstien shocks but not sure if i want to save up and buy the 882's or run the billys on stock coils. how do you like the ride?

the ride on the stock coils was horse shit, and on the 2.5 setting I prob got about 1'' of lift.

i would buy the 882's right off the bat, and save the time and money of doing it later
