5-Lug (non-prerunner) wheel/tire/lift options

Hey guys,

Someone I know has a little '00 2WD 2.4L Taco and we're trying to beef it up a tad. Obviously it won't be doing any real wheeling but it does see dirt roads for camping and such. The truck is very much like this one:

It currently sits on 215/70-14s, we'd like to step up to a 15" steel wheel and possibly 215/75-15 ATs. We'd also like to do a lift of at least 2.5" for extra clearance, but almost all the info I'm finding on 1st gens is in reference to Prerunner / 4WD trucks. I'm wondering what the bolt pattern and backspacing requirements are for these things and if a 15x6 or 15x7 steel wheel is even available that will fit this truck, and if it is possible to put Bilsteins and an AAL on it? If not, what would our options be at that point? Spacers and blocks?

Please forgive me if this has been asked a million times before but my searches haven't helped much. I appreciate your help!

5-lug I'm guessing??

Here's a fabtech spindle lift I found:

Then a drop bracket lift with blocks for the rear if you want to go cheaper:

As for wheels, I just found this site that has a bunch of wheels that are supposed to fit a five lug taco here:
