I barely put my serpentine belts: alternator, power steering and A/C. it squeals the one in the alternator when i turn it on and my power steering when i make a turn. is it that they are too tight? what are the torque specs for them? ?

Sounds like they're too loose. Typically you'll need to retorque them a couple weeks after install since they stretch a tiny bit.

For power steering squeal, check the fluid level too. Even if it's a tiny bit too low you'll get noise at full lock.
