Anyone have any pics of installed rear sway bar? Or comments about?
I am thinking it will help the "sway" when towing the camper. I even have an extra sway bar that I may be able to "adapt", if I could see how they normally mount.

The different anti-sway bars options each have different mounting schemes. The two aftermarket options are Addco and Hellwig.

The only Tacoma of your generation to come from the factory with a rear swaybar was the S-Runner (2001 - 2004). S-Runner swaybars have been successfully mounted onto other Tacomas of the period.
