looking to buy my first tacoma have a few questions

hey guys, after getting tired of building and selling cars i decided its time to move onto getting a truck. its more practical for me at this time so i started browsing the forums. i found a 02 4x4 v6 5spd tacoma with some mods locally around here but the miles are high. 220k. guy says it burns no oil ect.. but i was curious at that milage what i can expect to need replaced. such as the valve guides or general things that start to wear out around that time frame in milage. i can get the truck for around 6500 most likely so i just wanted to know what to look for and what to expect or if i should just pay the same amount for a stock one with lower milage. any imput would be appriciated since im new to these trucks. im not new to working on or building vehicles i just know that every make and model have their quirks and things that always end up needing fixed.
