2003 2wd Auto. A/C Squealing

    I dont know if it's the pulley or the belt just being loose. The noise is only from the A/c being turned on. If the belt is loose how do I tighten it around the a/c.

    Detroit True-Track rear limited slip, steering rack bushings, shell, SAF decals, Wheelers 5-leaf & Bilstein 5100's, some nice LED lights from Chris, big-ass bumpers, older-than-dirt owner
    My '04 has been squealing badly whenever the AC compressor was engaged; yesterday I sprayed a boatload of silicone behind the pulley (between the pulley & the compressor) and it went away completely.

    Yay! I thought I might have to have the compressor clutch replaced.
