lower control arm bushings for '04 4x4

    Okay, for the full history, see link below...

    Anyway, I think I have this suspension "clunk" thing figured out, turns out my pass. side lower A-arms bolts were *slightly* loose. I had checked them before, but they felt fine. Turns out, they weren't *that* tight. I tightened them further and the clunk got better, but is still there. I fear I may have damaged the bushing sleeves (that go inside the bushings) because I've left the noise go on for too long (I know, I'm a dumbass).

    Anyway, I can't seem to find anywhere (even dealers) who can get *just* the sleeves. I have a ES urethane bushing kit, of which I've already done the uppers, but the LCA bushings don't come with the sleeves. You're supposed to use the OEM ones, but if those are damaged, replacing just the bushings won't do anything.

    I'm I just hosed, and need to buy the WHOLE LCA assembly?
