How do i measure the bulge in fiberglass fenders

I recently purchased some fiberglass fenders on Craigslist. The seller said he took them off an 02 and that they would fit an 04. The seller did not list any specific measurements for the fenders. I wanted to know how to measure the bulge. If anyone can help please let me know..thanks

 

measure from the inside of the fender to the farthest part of the buldge i believe.

 

What did he claim they were? I bet we can help you out, i run Glassworks 3.5" and i can give you my measurements. And 97Yota4wd has 4.5" i belive

 

he didnt say what kind they were. he bought the truck at an auction with fiberglass fenders, took them off and sold the truck after he installed stock fenders.
