In Cab Lighting Question

Hey Y'all,

How could I go about brightening up the lights that come through my optics on my dash and console?

 

Turn the adjustment knob/dial?

 

LED's...easy install on 1st gens..never have done a 2nd gen

 

Have that set up.

Just didn't know if I could replace the bulbs somehow with LEDs to get rid of the "mood light" feeling.

You know what bulbs I would need to replace them all?

Any info on how to go about replacing them?

 

4- 194 bulbs for just the dash
2- 194 bulbs for ac controls
1- 194 bulb for around the ignition

 

Do those numbers correlate with LED lights?

 

Also what size bulb for the cab light? The one that turns on whenever you open your doors.

 

Ordered the LEDs for my Dash and Cab lights.

I was under the impression that you had to solder the led's to the dash circuit, though I might be confusing 1st gen and 2nd gen setups.

Will Do. Hope the lights are here by Tuesday or so.

 

1st gens are just pop th eold ones out and new ones in but make sure you plug it in before you put it all back together cause theyre polarized

 

Anyone know what the bulb size is on the license plate light bulbs?

 

superbrightleds has a vehicle selector thatll tell you
