New ucas or cv boots?

Hey I am planning on running 5100s all around with eibach coils up front with a rear aal. Do I have to have new ucas or cv boots??

I don't think you have to have either of them. If the CV boots aren't torn leave them alone. But get UCAs if you want "proper" alignment. I've been running my 3" lift for 1 1/2 years now and still have stock UCAs. I think the caster(?) is off a bit but other than that it seems to align and run fine.

i have the same setup up front. have stock UCAs. no problem with alignment. x2 about the CV boots^

A 3" will probably be at the upper end for the CV boots, but there's a lot of guys on here that run 3" with no problems. Depends on how you drive. Easy drviers shouldn't have a problem

You don't need new UCAs. Just get an alignment done when you install the shocks at the height you want (you should do that anyway).

but you're getting a lift for your truck??

Do it right, or don't do it, it will end up costing you more in the long run. Like I said, though, you should be fine with stock parts...
