Vibration '03 Tac rolling or in-gear

I've got an '03 tac with 100K. Recently I've noticed a vibration when accel., decel or just rolling. The vib is intermittent. Can feel it through entire truck. Wheels tires recently balanced. OK there. I'm thinking carrier bearing?

 

any lift on your truck? sine you are feeling it thru the whole truck...definitely a driveline vibe. the carrier bearing is a likely culprit, as well as u-joints. check them........if you can shake your drive shaft a good bit, the needle bearings in one of the u joints may be bad.
